The area is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn.<\/p>\n<p>Our chalet is at an altitude of 1,500 metres on the sunny side of the valley, as the highest of a small group of chalets. From the bright and sunny living room, you have unobstructed views over the valley and the impressive Bietschhorn (3,934m).<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default time seems to have stood still.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The L\u00f6tschental valley is a true hiking paradise with trails for every level. From the relatively flat L\u00f6tschentaler H\u00f6henweg, which runs from Lauchernalp to Fafleralp, to challenging treks to mountain huts.
